5 Beasts

5 Beasts unites the talents of interdisciplinary performer/creator Rinde Eckert, musican-improviser-composer Ned Rothenberg, and vocal artist/beat-boxer Adam Matta, who together animate the transformation of a musical creature through evolving states of being.
The world premiere of 5 Beasts as a fully developed and produced work was presented at Les Subsistances in Lyon, France, March 2015, as part of the Weekend Sur Mars! festival. US touring of 5 Beasts is planned beginning in winter 2015.
